Thomas mount Branch! Even a RTO office is far better... in that bank you can see some old guys as staff having high B.P, whatever v asked they are replyng n high temper9 (Hope they still think its 1980s). The reson behind the long ’Q’ in frnt of cash counter is because of the IOB ATM working next to the bank. hardly 2 or 3 hrs it ll work in a day fr thepast 2yrs (am stayng next to this). once i saw a guy stamping on it bec of his anger. 99% of the users ll curse this branch & none of the staff is ready to reply properly for this compaint which v made several times... u can hav a direct visit whn u get time to knw mor facts... thank u
