Faiied transaction money not refunded

Failed transaction money not been refunded to my account by irctc.co.in - website of indian railways and this has happened not once but many a times over. Situation is that neither a ticket is booked (and the money is deducted from the account) nor the money is refunded. only 3 times it was refunded and rest 15 times it was not refunded. Do not cheat customers. Do return their hard earned money. and this is not my voice only a similar voices are raised are of my friends and other customers also. Ask irctc to return our money
