Placed order but still haven't recieved few items

Hi,

I am a holder of Standard Chartered - Manhattan Platinum credit card. I wished to redeem some points from my credit card a/c & had placed order with Indiaplaza.in

After posting so many queries at Manhattan Customer Support, still haven't recieved reply for even 1 query. I wanted to know the status for items pending to be shipped, but still haven't recieved any details for same. Tried calling directly to Indiaplaza at Customer Service Help Line on 91-80-25208795, but seems nobody is picking up the phone too.

I really wish I could have recieved atleast a reply from Indiaplaza or Standard Chartered pertining to the order been placed.
