Delay in Receiving of the post

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that i availed the education loan from the S.B.I. bank ARARIA and it was sent to Noida from Araria Post Office through Indian Speed post. The date of dispatch was 5/1 . But even after 6 days it has just reached Bhagalpur National Speed PostCentre. Even after my several calls, none of the officer at the post office gave me the reason of delay. As a matter of fact Bhagalpur is hardly 200 kilometers far from Araria.

The article no. of speed post is EF951932005IN. Due to delay in submittal of fees I am in danger of getting Debarred for my End semester Exam.. Which is really going to cost me heavily.

So, I am here to request you that please look after the matter as soon as possible.
