India Post/International Speed Post Service
Delay in delivery

I had sent a document (EC 841601942IN) to an international address (Dbx) on 20th of july. The post office people informed..that article shall be delivered in 5-7 days. No such thing happened. Why does Indian government and their people work so slowly and carelessly? Is this the duty they should perform and are being payed for? For this I can say..foreign countries are best.

Sad... Indian government services..
