Money debited but service not provided

I opted for online ticket booking for jagjit singh concert on 10-09 at science city auditorium in kolkata. The online transaction was carried on by ccavenues.

I didn't receive any e-ticket but Rs 1040 got debited from my account. When the customer care was called, they checked and told that within 7 working days I will get back the amount. It has been 10 working days since the ticket booking date and still now I haven't received any amount.

When I called the customer executive again, they informed that my bank will repay me this which is not the case as it has already been charged by ccavenues.

This is atrocious and I suggest people not to book any sort of ticket through indiastage.in online ticket booking. Its a shame on them
