Unwanted deduction

On 6-01 2nd times Rs30 deducted from accuont from service 588881030 even though i have not started or if by mistake i had started no confifmace come from

that sevice even there is no option for me to stop that service.i also talk to customer care of BSNL they donot give me any solution to stop it.
