NON RECEIPT OF INCENTIVE AGAINT DEPOST

Being a well deputed firm I have promoted 4 clints to join the scheme of M/s Evergrow capital pvt ltd Rohini and deposited their share of Rs 1- (Rs - being processing charge) with the agreement that the firm will offer monthly incentive of Rs 850/- per month form two years and thereafter the capiltal value will be refunded. But the firm had failed to remit the incentice since Jan onward. The clients are approaching to me for early return of their payment. Nos of time I had approched the authority of the firm but their either given clear response or remit the payment. Now the condition is that I have to make the payment to the client. It is very bad show that a well deputed firm have making cheating with the client and their promoters. Please direct the firm to make the payment to the client without further delay otherwise I have to knock the door of justice through the law of court.
