I FEEL VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT, DUE TO THE POOR SERVICE OF R.S.PURAM BRANCH I HAVE DECIDE TO CLOSE MY SAVING BANK ACCOUNT AND SWITCH OVER TO ANYOTHER NATIONALISED BANK IF THE REPLY IS NOT GIVEN IMMEDIATELY . FOR THE PAST TWENTY YEARS I AM HAVING SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT WITH YOUR R.S.PURAM BRANCH AND MY A/C NO IS 431829562 IN THE NAME OF S.RSRINIVASAN AND MAINTAINING WITH GOOD TRANSACTIONS AND I HAVE AVAILED THE INTERNET VIEWING FACILITY FROM YOUR BANK ONE YEAR BACK. FOR THE PAST THREE I AM NOT IN STATION . SO I AM NOT ABLE TO VIEW MY

THREE TIMES I HAVE SEND PERSONALLY MY OFFICE ASSISTANT TO R.S PURAM BRANCH AND TILL THE DATE THE PASSWORD AND USED WAS NOT GIVEN FOR MY ACCOUNT. KINDLY TAKE IMMEDIATE STEPS WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY.
