Forgotten of e-banking user name / password

Sir,

I have a SBI joint SB a/c vide No 30752700355 with e-banking facility at SBI, Chandipur (Code-11387), PO-Math Chandipur-721659, Dist-East Medinipur (W.B.). The user name / password given to me by my branch have been changed by me later and used by me. After few days, when I want to see the a/c statement position then it shown that the"invalid user name / password'. For this, I met with Branch Manager of my branch, he says nothing can do by me. Do the correspondence through email. Hence, I request your kind honour to open the lock and sent to me new user name / password to my email address / home address as applicable.
