Forgotten of user name/password of on line banking of SBI

Sir,

1. I have a SBI a/c vide No 30752700355 with SBI, Chandipur Branch (Code-11387) alongwith ebanking facility. Now, I have forgotten my user name/apssword. Please issue new user name / password through by home address as mentioned in my SBI, Chandipur Branch under intimation to my email address.

2. It is for your info that, one week before; I have also given a complaint regrding this but no intimation has been received till date. You are requested to do the needful at the earliest, please.

3. An early reply is requested.
