ATM Card to card money transfe

`Through my ATM card of State Bank of Patiala No.6038455019800000261 I transfered Rs - to SBI ATM card No. 6220180659700093233 (A/C No. 10004518355) on 8th October and got the reciept. But to my surprise person to whom money was transfered did not get it. My balance is showing that money is transfered. Please do the needful and inform accordingly.
On checking though net banking it shows: WithdrawTransfer-62201806597000932330000004518355
