Dear Sir,

Subject: Regarding LIC VARISHTHA PENSION YOJNA and LIC PENSION policies

I have the following policies which I wish to discontinue and want the money back but I am informed by the LIC office from where I purchased these policies that I need to submit certificate from the doctor that that money is required by me for heart operation or any such ailment that requires heavy expenditure. I wish to bring to your kind notice why LIC is asking for such certificates. To get my own money, why should I furnish the false certificate? I am quite healthy and at the age of 66 I do not have any problem.

I am approaching you with a request to waive of such a condition so that people are not asked to furnish false certificates. I am a person who does not believe in false declarations.
