Hi,

While booking a on line ticket from your site, Guwahati to New Jalpaiguri for 24th March, once the transaction was declined, while making the online payment. I booked the ticket on the second attempt. But, checking my bank account, I found that, both the times, an amount of Rs.700/- was deducted from my account. In effect, for purchasing one ticket, I had to make payment twice.

I would like to know when this extra amount of Rs.700/- will be credited back to my account.
