Cheques have bounced

I had invested Rs 165000 and 125000 respectively in the company in their deposit scheme. In the beginning they kept sending the cheques but they soon started to bounce. Then they sent me the remaining consolidated amount by cheque which also bounced. They owe me around Rs 200000/-.
