Non refund of money

The above mentioned company has taken money for construction and other purposes, and promised to pay on monthly returns, company has paid some amount with good intrest persentage but since august the cheques started bounsing and now the phones of all directors are switched off and office phone not responded, now they said that they had some loses and will pay only what they have taken earlier.

Our request to help me to take out atleast that amount whish I have invested.
