Various issues

1-i have availed home loan of rs 625000 .my hl contractno is RUU0001M.

2-i am having sufficient amount in my hdfc a/c but indsuind bank

has charged interest and penalties. sir 3-i had given 36 cheques of rs 5826 in favour of indusind of dated 7th of every month for installments of hl.but bank is not presenting the cheques on 7th of every month and charging interests and penalties for the same.

4-today i received a call from ms sarita from ho regarding the overdue payment of rs 28600.i am fail to understand about this amount because every month my installments are deposited from hdfc ac no 01191050090629.

5- i hvae availed home loan @9.5% at the tine of applying.-i had given 36 cheques of rs 5826 in favour of indusind for installments but bank has increased interest @ 11.75 and charging rs 6665 every month and saying that you have overdue amount of rs 28000 for the same.they have increased my instalments from rs 5826 to 6665 inspite increasing tenor without information to me.

6-bank is not giving any reply to my from last 2 years.

i want to transfer my loan to nationalised bank but jusr because negligency of indusind bank i am failed to do the same.

sir please look into this matter seriously and do the needful.
