Refusing to provide net banking fecility

Dear sir

I have been banking with statebank of india, Narasimmanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore-641 031., for the past six years my Current A/c. No. is 30046610001. Also I have been enjoying the T/L fecility vide Loan A/c. No.0030277757245.

I am aproaching the bank for the past one and half years for availing a net banking fecility for my above said current account and my sb account in the same branch. When ever we approach, the related person is asking to come after one month time. In this way three managers were changed last week the person who is dealing with this net banking, is asked me to open a current account with nearby branch and advised to get a net banking fecility.

I do not know what is the risk involved in providing this fecility. If such risk is involved to the managers why you should not consider to liberalise the terms.

kindly let me know can I get net banking fecility in the same branch itself or do I want to open a current account with any other nearby branch.
