FRAUD AGENTS

I have made a ING Life Insurance Policy. At the time of taking policy, it was told by the agent that a credit card and a saving bank account will be add-on with my policy. It took so many time for the policy to be made. Also i had to take a lot of pain for this. After 3 months, i got my policy. Then i queried about the credit card and saving account. Whenever i called the agent, he gave me a time of 1 week, 2 week etc. Now 6 months have gone. Nothing has come out. I also have registered a complaint at ING LIFE. No fruitful result is coming out. Its totally a case of fraud/420. How the company is not aware of what his agents are promising to the clients? if the company is unknown, then there is no future of the company.
