Illegally amount debited from the account

Dear sir,

I hold a salary account with Ingvysya bank. The account was created in Chennai. On 23/02, amount of Rs.601.13 was debited from my account stating that "Third Party AAA Service C" as the reason. But, it was not genuine. After noticing this discrepancy, I complained against it to the bank's customer care unit, through telephone. The complaint was accepted & I was told that, as the complaint is valid the issue will be resolved in 48 hrs. But, so far nothing has happened. Even after repeated telphonic complaints, the bank is not at all taking any positive action.

Hence I felt that, only Consumer forum could come to rescue.
