ING Vysya Bank
Not providing details of my home loan

I have been trying through e-mail at cfcare@ingvysyabank.com ING Vysya Bank to provide me details of document they have in possession for my loan account no. 5300HL773096- SUDEEP BHARGAVA for almost a month as I want to close the loan. But they have not been able to provide the same.

Last week I got ref no 00537906 through toll free no 18004259900 and they promised that I will get my statements / docs same day but I have received no response.

I am not sure hether they are doing intentially or other reasons.
