Payouts not paid

I am Palaniammal invested in Inma Finance. First on or two payouts are paid promptly. But the ensuing payouts are kept in the disguise of processing or mailing that the 'withdrawal has been successfully sent to your LR account n/a'. Don't they know the LR account number? Then what is the intention of nontransfer of fund to the LR account? This implicates that the Inma Finance is fraud.
