I had booked tickets online for six for the movie "Nanu Nanna Kanasu" for 23rd May and the transcaction was successful. We received the ID No as 107776 but we did not receive any sms. We noted the ID no. and when we gave the ID no., Inox people cheated that it is not registered just becoz we did not recieve sms. It is the technical error of INox people that they did not send the sms and now, they have again collected money for the tickets. Credit card amount also shows that there is transaction occured. Inox people have cheated us and have collected money twice.
