Amount debited on credit card without booking tickets

On 18 Sep 10, I tried booking tickets for movie 'Dabang' at Varun Inox, Visakhapatnam on net. However after entering the credit card details there was no response from the Inox cinema regarding confirmation of ticket. I went to the theatre and checked up with the person on counter who confirmed that there was no booking on my name. However when I received the credit card statement for the month of Sep 10, I saw that an amount of Rs 575.00 has been debited on my card. Refernce number of the transaction is 75105170263000040506775 dated 18/09/10. When I contacted teh bank they wanted me to get a written statement from the merchant that such a transaction did not happen. When I went to the theatre again today I was asked to post the complaint on this site. Kindly reconcile and do the needful to get my money back.
