Printer not working and racism

Have been going to the priority banking branch at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad since the last 4 days for an original statement. They have been telling me that the printer is not working and asking me to come the next day.

Also I think I am being profiled. They are asking me first which branch I have an account. I tell them that I have an account in the main branch at begumpet and not in the branch I am going to and after that they tell me that the printer is not working.

Why do they need to know where my account is before telling me that the printer is not working? I am assuming that if I would have had an account in the banjara hills branch, they would have given me the print out. This is outright racism.
