Double swipe of credit card

As i purchased internet modem of tatadocomo (photon plus) and mobile (nokia) on 11-june, the manager MR.IMRAN has been swiped my credit card two times, the actual bill payment was Rs 2, 449/- but where as in my credit card statment it was updated as Rs 4898 i.e., double payment has been charged. Since, last month iam requesting for refund of extra charge, there no response from the manager and not reponding to my calls.

So, kindly respond to my complaint and refund my money. thank u
