During transaction, as against the purchase M/s Interactive Tradex purchased UPS, Inverters and Display devices worth Rs.16.0 Lacs and supplied Gift items like beuty items includinrieved ag creams and lotions worth Rs.67 thousand, which made M/s Interactive Tradex liable to pay an amount of Rs.15.32 Lacs. Various reminders given to Mr. Mukund Chaturvedi and Mr. Prakash and thereafter Mr. Manoj Phulkar (sitting in Mumbai) could not evoke any positive result. Feeling agrieved and dissatisfied, I hereby convey our discomfort and locus standi for clearing the outstanding amount worth Rs.15, 32, 790.00 immediately, failing which higher judicial forum shall be approached.
