Applied for the service but no response

Dear Sir/Mam,

i have applied for internet banking at Kaloor SBI branch, Cochin, Kerala on 04.06.10 and the PRO said that he will activate the same within 48 hours and not done yet.. i have contacted the bank and informed the same and said to sent the details through mail which is also done... please do the needful
