Committed fraud by lurring investors of high interest and absconding

One Mr. KNS Rajagopal working in stup consultant private limited in chennai had defrauded a lot investors by lurring them to his investment scheme which promised huge interest and swindled lacks of rupees and has been absconding from his duty as well as from chennai without disclosing his whereabout. His company is also not disclosing his whereabout but p only telling that he is good man and will settle the matter shortly. But KNS rajagopal has been sending sms that he would give back principal by DD without telling exactly when he will do. Recently Annai infotech MD has used the same trici and police have taken action. Will the police take action against this fraud fellow also. Such of those investors aggrieved are requested to enlist and tell us further whether or not to go in for criminally and by civil suits against him and if anybody knows his whereabout please mail me to enable to consolidate action
