Eg-revert the money

Dear sir,

On 31st August I tried to purchase cinema tickets from my a.c 060601000020265 (nazarathpet branch)

(Amount Rs.430) to PVR cinemas. Rs430 money was deducted but the merchant didn't receive the amount.

As the transaction (CCAV-CCA11HABZ169ESE948011011) didn't complete, I'd request you to revert the amount as soon as possible.
