Heavy charges without receipts

I recently shifted to a new society Gaur Green Vista on rent. The private company which is responsible for maintainence and electricity is I P Estate Pvt Ltd.

The charges they deduct for electricity are without any statements received by the end user. when asked for the statements they refuse. The attitude is also very careless. Especially Mr H K Sharma. Once my electricity balance was low. I was told that disconnection will not happen till - 150 balance but connection was disconnected on -100. when I reached home after office they said office is closed now and nothin can happen. But if I pay Rs 250 they will make my connection direct. This will happen without any receipt.

I am highly unsatisfied by the service and do not know where my payments are going. I should get some statements which give me the details of my usage.
