F & F sattalement

Dear Sir,

I was working with ICICI BANK LTD on the role of sister concern "I Process India Pvt Ltd" and I have resigned in that company on 26 May & I have done all necessary formalities in andheri department. When I was submitting My F & F sattalement form in "Andheri " that time I had asked them if any formalities is pending you tell me now. He said me... No.. Nothing, As well as I asked them when I will get my F & F sattalement Then he said me after 3 month you will get sattalement cheque in andheri department, but four month has been crossed still i have not recived any F & F sattalement and any call from "I process india pvt ltd " & When I call to company person they say 's i not handling that process now then i ask ed them that who is looking that process now "He said me I don't know"? So I realy request your plaese look into this matter at the earliest .& and inform me on my given mail Id or Phone no.
