DELAY IN FULL N FINAL SETTLEMENT OF PF

Dear Sir,

I Left ICICI BANK LTD SEC 9 CHANDIGARH, RECOVERY DEPT on 2nd jan'09 and applied for refund of my provident fund in March'09 through the office of Iprocess located at Sector 34, Chandigarh. Thereafter i was told that i-process office has closed its branch in Chandigarh. I started following the New Delhi branch. After eight months of struggle on 26th january i somehow managed to find out that some documents are pending from my side.

I completed all the pending formalities and send the documents on 07/03 through registered post. The reciept of same was comfirmed through telephonic communication with Mr Radha Krishan. He told me that my docs will soon be processed and now I've to follow the HR SERVICES.He gave me landline no. 011-420022

But since that day I use to call upon the above mentioned no. almost everyday but no one ever answered. The phone was probably incidently picked up by Madam Deepika in April who told me that my case is under processing and will be resolved within maximum time of 15days. Till today no one in the HR DEPARTMENT ever picked up my phone again. The worse thing on their part is that I have put several reminders through email and I've never got a single reply. It seems that they do not bother about the pending cases or probably the department has lost my file. If it is so they should atleast inform the concerned person who is waiting for their replies.

Dear Sir, this is my humble request to kindly solve my case as soon as possible as i'm going through great financial crisis and i'm desperately in need of money

Kindly take up the matter with the concerned person and revert at the earliest. I shall be very thankful to you.
