I Process Services India Ltd
Full and final settlement and Pf are pending from last 5 months

I worked in I process Services india Ltd for more than 2 years i Resigned the job and submitted all the related documents in Hyderabad office to Mr. shashi Bhushan Pandey very next day of my resignation but as of now i did not received my Full and Final Settlement as well as my Pf Amount. i was sending mails to HR.HELPDESK@IPROCESS.in from last 3 months every time i am getting replay from them stating that my documents are in process. i want to know how many days they will take time to settlement my account. Because of this i dint received my Reveling letter and unable to apply any jobs now.

Below are the mails i have sent to HR.HELPDESK@IPROCESS.

Dear Team,

I am requesting, Begging you please try to understand my situation and do the needful ASAP.

Please let me know how many days it takes for processing the settlement of an Employee of your organization. i was facing lot of financial Problems Please understand my situation, if i get my reliving letter i can apply for a jobs.

I received a call from delhi office from landline no.0111-42002225 she said that there was some discriprency in my documents because of which my full and final settlement is still taking some time. I am requested her to look into the matter seriously and do the needful ASAP but she is not giving proper answers, she stating to come and meet her in delhi office and disconnected the call. I stay in Hyderabad and she asking to meet her in delhi is this the way she respond to the Ex-employee.
