Bad behavior of employees

SBI MICO layout BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore

Thes SBI employee are Highly in competent & bad in behaivior,

I went there for account, they asked me to first come on tuesday, then when i went there on tuesday they asked me for identification proof, when i showed them it they asked me for photostat,

later next day, i went there with my photoidentification card original & photostat, they asked me for residential proof,

One question for them all these things are necessary at the time of submission of forms, not to just take it,

I told them pleas give me form & submit them with proof they said No

Why they behave with so stupidity
