PF not settled yet

Myself is Santanu Bhattacherjee from Kolkata was an employee of iSmart Global Pvt. Ltd. from May to July. Its quite unfortunate that irrespective of several requests and reminders my PF account has yet not been settled by the company. Now the company has shifted its office in Kolkata and no-one is aware of the new address. I am now getting frustated day by day as there seems to be a negligble chance to settle the PF account. The officials of the company are not responding over phone and many of them have already changed their cell nos. without any intimation to us. Its now expecting a help from your team to enable me in order to communicate with the company. Requesting for your kind co-operation.
