Dear Sir,

This is Sumit Nigam, I resigned this company which is service provider to ICICI Bank. My employ code was 15024. I have applied for my PF (PF A/c No. Mh/94095/4299 fund twice but have not received it yet. will you kindly help in getting my PF.As i posted my complain in http://inconsumercomplaints.com i got response from i-solution team they send a new pf form.i have sent my pf form and all other relevant detail to pf commissioner, kandivali west mumbai through speed post no:- EU888359384IN on 17.10.2011 but i did not get my pf amount yet. kindly help me either through mail (amitnigamz@rediffmail.com) or either through call.
