REGARDING DELAY IN PF

Dear team
I have worked with I-solutions for 2 years 1 month. I have left the company on 31st dec. After that, from last 1 and half years i am following up for my pf. The following are the details of last communication with the company where 6 month back they have informed me that my form is in process, but now nobody picked the ph in pf office mumbai even after regular cals and i am enable to find the status of my pf no MH/94095/332.Pls suggest?
Pls find following for all the details and company replies.
