Non Reciept of Provident Fund

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Musharat Shaikh, I have resigned from I-Solutions Provider India Pvt Ltd on 1st July and i have not yet recieved my PF (PF Account No. MH/94095/14122). Whenever i have tried to contact them at Andheri (Mumbai) office and at Delhi office, nobody was there to give me proper feedback about my PF. Whenever I have called at Andheri (Mumbai) office either Mr. Khanna, who is responsible for withdrawl of PF, dont recieve phone calls or he says that you contact Delhi office. And Delhi Office's phone is always ringing, there is nobody to recieve my phone call.

So, I kindly request you to help me as i am in desperate need of money. I would be highly obliged.
