I purchase one omnia pro mobile phone on 10 may of Rs-14998. When i call on19 may the itbc pepol say we are not recived your amount .then i call to hdfc credit card and hdfc credit card div given payment conformation. After given conformation. I call on 21 may the the repersentative say your parsel is return due to addres. your adderess is wrong. Then i give my full address over mail. and after 15 days i call them they are not dispatch my phone. Then i Cancelled my order on 14jun After my several mail and phone they are not refund my amount. Please look at the matter.
