Packet being sold more then MRP

This is to inform you that the agent or the dealer selling the ITC products (cigarettes) is charging much higher amount on the cigarette packet (much more then the MRP), the people are really frustrated and tired of making complaints against him and so far no action has been taken against him. Therefore i request you to take immediate action against the dealer, cancel his license to sell ITC products, put a heavy fine on him and if possible put him behind the bars (jail) for some time to teach him a lesson for cheating and looting his fellow citizens,

Hope you will take some strict against him as people of this district are really fed up and tired of his monopoly.
