Unauthorized deduction of Money from Credit Card

Hi I am Benoygopal, Mobile . 9447057046. I am a victim of IVRplat5 agency.

On 19.10. One man called me regd free promotion offer of discount card without any charges and it is for free. And told that they are offering to the valued cutomers those are holding citi credit cards. And they promised me that no charges are taken and it is of free of cost. Later another guy called me from IVRPlat5 and told me about the discounts on various products and restaurants using my credit card and there would not be any kind of annual charges or service charges, absoulutely free of cost service and transferred the call to other gentle man. He told me that this information has to be conveyed to my CITI Credit Card through a system, for that I have to press the 16 digits card no., expiry date and cvv no. accordingly I had followed his instruction and the next moment I found that I received a SMS from CITI Bank saying "Rs. 4964.00 was spent on your credit card xxxxxxxx on 19th Oct-11 at IVRplaT5 Consultancy. Since, it was promised me that there was no annual charges or service charges are levied then how come this transaction has taken place.

This is merely a fraudulent transaction against my will. I disagree with such kind of transaction. Hence, you are requested to reverse the transaction back to my CITI credit card with immediate effect. Otherwise I will be compelled to take the legal action against you agency for such kind of fraudulent transaction. I expect no clarification from you but immediate action."

I again call them and discussed about the fraud thing they have done then they told me that it will revert back if you do not accept the terms and conditions in the document as part of the vouchers and gifts sending though courier by calling them in their help line number. Since the amount is already deduct from account I am not sure how he amount will be revert back.

If any action has to be taken against IVRplat5, I will also join you with other victims. If any body have contact numbers or telephone number of the Fraud IVRplat5, Please kindly send to me as i am going to a file a F.I .R on them. Hope you all will support me...
