Non responding of bank manager and ohter staff persons

I have a property vantage a/c (Secured OD) in kotak mahindra bank since from 1.5 yrs. We have been given a sanction letter at the starting of the OD in which there is a flat 12.50% rate of interest after one year they cancel our OD and does not give any written note or letter of that and from that time period they started charging higher rate of interests from us just a week before we have cleared there outstanding funds to get rid of that high rate of interst.

Also there comes a T.T. in our a/c from Japan and they have given us a very low rate as compared from the IBR we also have word regarding this from other banks and they told a better rate than that given to us from kotak bank at same time and same day.

for these legitimate queries many time i personally go and meet the bank manager and other staff persons but till now they have not responded me correctly.

so i request you to please look in the matter and do the needful.
