Dear sir, Maa'm,

I am Akshila Samantaray.

I have an account in J&K bank, Ansal plaza branch, new delhi since last 5 - 6 years, In last 3 years I have visited 6 times to the bank to close the account, but they did not listen anything, by hearing the closer of account, every time I had suggested to visit again as server is down. also i met the Branch Manager once, but got no result. There is a balance of more than Rs.1000/-, also i have moved from Delhi to Odisha. Please help if you can to get the account closed and get my money back.
