I am you customer and I have many problems & complains regarding many improper transactions & trading done by your securities. I had submitted Cancelled Chq. No. 006652 & Date 14.11.2009 to open my Demat trading a/c in your securities.

The amount of Rs. 1200/- which I invested in shares (CALS REFINE) by giving you Chq & cheque no. is 006653 & bank branch is New India Cooperative issued to you on 07.01.2010 of which your securities had sold such shares without my concerned or without asking me.

I have been your customers from last approx. 1 year & my complaint to your securities is that all transactions done from last 9 months have been without my consent. I had a discussion with Ankur Barot who was handling my portfolio and had clearly informed him that please do not do any tradings without my concern. From last 2 months I had the conversations regarding such problem but still no action have been taken to solve my problem & I had not got any reply for such issues. Also I need my account status details along with overall transactions done throughout the year.

Please look forward to such problem & reply as soon as possible or else I will register the complaint in CONSUMER COURT regarding beach of trust & doing unnecessary trading / transaction without my concerned.
