My name is pavan kumar singh & I have purches a policy-(T.No.-165) Jeevan saral whose policy No. is 178930285, by mistake name appeard on policy is (Pawan kumar Singh) which is wrong, my Correct name as per Certificat is PAVAN KUMAR SINGH .Please correct it.
