Jeevan sneha plan
Not being received money back amount at every five years

Good day,

I am G.Nagarajusarma, working in kingdom of saudi arabia. I got Jeevan sneha plan in 2001 and been paying premiums regularly without fail.

Recently, i have gone through internet and came to know that at every five years money back amount being paid to policy holder. I have been paying preimums for the last nine years regularly but i do not get any money back amount after five years.

I am in little panic what is the reason behind for money back amount not being received. can any body help me and send me the reasons to my email.
