Non-Receipt of Maturity Amount against FD

I had deposited Rs 10, 000/- with M/s Jenson & Nicholson Financial Services Limited, Kolkata vide FDR No. 002910/70/C12 dated 02/01/1998 which matured on 02/01/1999.

J&N issued to me Interest Warrant No. 141374 for Rs.1608/- together with Refund Cheque No. 002321 dated 02/01/1999 for Rs.10, 000/- at the time of deposit which were returned unpaid by Standard Chartered Bank for reasons “NOT ARRANGED FOR” and I was charged towards their services in this regard.

Request you to kindly look into the matter and see that I get the maturity amount against my above Fixed Deposit.
