Jet airways, biocon, shoppers stop
Applied for shares but no shares were allotted

I have heard that investors who applied for shares in Jet Airways, Biocon, Shoppers stop and many others and were not allotted any shares will be compensated by finance minister. will i need to provide any detail regarding my application numberto any authorities or it will be selected by Finance minister himself. Please advice how the common investor will come to know whether they will be compensated or not?
