Road encroachment - Nesapakkam

I am a resident of Pallavan Street, Nesapakkam, Chennai - 600078, in the entrance of the street there is a resident who is keep on encroging the road for his vehicles parking and extending his house, which make very difficult to enter the street. I would be grate if the local municipal can clear out the encroachment and provide a better place to live.
